Mr Usman, the duty manager, stood out with his attentiveness, ensuring I always felt welcomed. I appreciated the rich variety of services, especially the laundry, which responded quickly to my requests. The pool area was a peaceful escape, perfect for relaxation. However, breakfast lacked options and could use improvement—limited choices didn’t match the hotel's luxurious image. Also, the carpets in the hallways felt dated and could be updated for a more elegant feel. It would be great to see added amenities, like bathrobes in the suites. Overall, a convenient stay but with room for enhancement.

Enjoyed the spacious Deluxe Double Room with cozy bedding and a beautiful view. Although the breakfast menu was limited, the food tasted delicious, especially the tea. A tip for future guests, clarify menu prices to avoid confusion as updates can lag behind.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel is well-located, making it easy to visit the Wagah border parade and the beautiful heritage sites. The staff were friendly and helpful, always with a smile. Breakfast had a solid variety, catering to everyone’s tastes!

However, the swimming pool area could use a bit more privacy, as it's near conference rooms, which can be distracting.

Recommend it for family comfort

The breakfast was outstanding, they really impressed me with a special potato paratha. I gotta hand it to the staff, especially Nosheen, who always checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but for what we got it was still reasonable.
